Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

 

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:30 (GMT +1). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday morning, while orders placed on a public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

 

We offer free worldwide shipping for orders over €110: 2–5 business days for all countries.

Any customs duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility, in accordance with the regulations of the destination country: the courier will contact you to proceed with payment.

 

ORDER TRACKING & DELIVERY

 

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number and a link to the courier’s website so you can check the status of your delivery. Alternatively, you can always track your order in the “My Account” section on our website.

 

When your order arrives, please check the parcel carefully before signing as proof of delivery. If, for any reason, the parcel appears damaged or tampered with, please sign with reservation or refuse the delivery.

If the delivery is accepted with an unauthorized signature or the parcel shows signs of tampering, please contact your local courier office immediately and notify us at customercare@kampos.com.

KAMPOS cannot be held responsible for stolen or missing parcels after they have been successfully delivered to the address provided.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

 

If, despite our strict quality controls, you find a defect in your product, please write to us at customercare@kampos.com. We will cover all return costs and send you a new product free of charge.

 

RETURNS

 

We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date of your online order. Returns requested after the 14-day period will not be accepted. All returned items must be sent back in their original condition: clean, unworn, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.

 

If the above conditions are not met, we will not be able to issue a refund, and you may choose to collect the returned items at your own expense.

 

To reduce the number of returns, we apply the following fees to customers wishing to return their products:

  • €25 for orders within Italy
  • €40 for orders within the EU
  • €80 for orders outside the EU

 

These fees also cover the sanitization of returned items and the shipping costs sustained by the company for the first delivery.

 

If we are unable to proceed with the shipment of your order, the amount paid will be refunded and you will receive an additional credit of:

  • €25 for orders within Italy
  • €40 for orders within the EU
  • €80 for orders outside the EU

Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive the returned shipment. Please note that all duties, taxes, and shipping costs are non-refundable. For international orders, any customs duties applied by local authorities for the return of the product remain the customer’s responsibility. Otherwise, we will not authorize customs clearance.

 

EXCHANGES

 

We accept exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date of your online order. Please contact us at customercare@kampos.com.

 

If you are unsure about sizing, please consult the size guide available on the product page or contact us at customercare@kampos.com. Any shipping costs or customs duties related to returning the product or sending a new one are the customer’s responsibility.
