Shipping & Returns


Orders are processed from Monday to Friday between 9.00am to 5:30pm (GMT +1).

Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday morning and orders placed during a bank holiday will be processed on the following working day.


We offer Free shipping worldwide for orders above 110€: 2-5 working days to all countries.



Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email including your tracking number and the link to our courier’s website to inform you the current status of your delivery. Alternatively, you can always track your delivery within ‘My Account’ on our site.

When the order arrives, we ask you to carefully check the package before signing as proof delivery.

If, for any reason, the package appears to have been damaged or tampered with, we ask you to sign for goods unchecked or to refuse the delivery.

In the event your delivery is accepted with an unauthorized signature or if the package shows signs of any tampering, we ask you to immediately notify the local courier’s office and to contact us at



If, despite all of our quality checks, you find a defect with your product, please contact us within 24h after receiving your delivery at Please attach a picture of the item and the defect as this will help us solve your problem as efficiently as possible.

We will cover all return costs and send you back your new product free of charge.



We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date of the online order. No returns will be accepted outside the 14-day return window.

All returned items must be sent in their original conditions – clean, unworn and with all tags attached – together with the authorization label and the original package.


If the above conditions are not respected, we’ll not able to refund you and you can still decide to take back the returned items at your own expenses.

Please note that shipping costs and custom duties to return the items should be paid directly by the customer.

Unnecessary shipments and returns are against KAMPOS’ philosophy because of their negative impact on the environment. In order to limit the number of returns we will charge customers who wish to return their products the following fees which will be used to cover for shipment costs and offset the carbon footprint of the deliveries through a donation. Specifically we will deduct from the refund the following:

  • 25 EUR for orders within the EU
  • 40 EUR for orders outside of the EU

These fees will also cover the costs of sanitising the products once they have been returned and the shipping costs incurred by the company for the first shipment.



If we are not able to proceed with the shipment of your order, you will be refunded the amount paid and an additional amount will be credited to you in the following amounts:

  • 25 EUR for orders within the EU
  • 40 EUR for orders outside of the EU

In addition, we will cross charge any custom duties or import/export fees for orders outside of the EU.
