Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday between 9.00am to 5:30pm (GMT +1).
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday morning and orders placed during a bank holiday will be processed on the following working day.

We offer worldwide shipping:
- FREE EXPRESS Shipping: 2-5 working days to all countries
- EXTRA-EXPRESS Shipping: 1-2 working days to all countries, available at an additional cost
Please note that, if any, custom duties will be paid by the customer directly.

Order tracking & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email including your tracking number and the link to our carrier’s website to inform you the current status of your delivery. Alternatively, you can always track your delivery within ‘My Account’ on our site.
When the order arrives, we ask you to carefully check the package before signing as proof delivery.
If, for any reason, the package appears to have been damaged or tampered with, we ask you to sign for goods unchecked or to refuse the delivery.
In the event your delivery is accepted with an unauthorized signature or if the package shows signs of any tampering, we ask you to immediately notify the local courier’s office and to contact us at info@kampos.com.

Defects/Faulty Item
If, despite all of our quality checks, you find a defect with your product, please contact us within 24h after receiving your delivery at info@kampos.com. Please attach a picture of the item and the defect as this will help us solve your problem as efficiently as possible.
We will cover all return costs and send you back your new product free of charge.

RETURN POLICY

We offer free returns for all customers and we accept returns for any reason within 14 days from the delivery date of the order. No returns will be accepted outside the 14-day free return window.
All returned items must be sent in their original conditions – clean, unworn and with all tags attached – together with the authorization label and the original package.
If the above conditions are not respected, we’ll not able to refund you and you can still decide to take back the returned items at your own expenses.
Please note that, if any, custom duties will be paid by the customer directly.

Return Form & Process
To request a return, please complete our return form HERE.
Once we’ve received your return request, one of our representatives will contact you and provide you all the information you need in order to send the item(s) back, including the authorization label to be inserted in the return package.

Refund
The refund will be issued within maximum 14 days of receipt of the shipment.
Please note that all duties, taxes and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We offer an exchange service. To order in a new size, style or color, we ask you to complete our return form and include at the beginning of the message ‘EXCHANGE REQUEST’. Please complete our return form available HERE.
Once we’ve received your return request, one of our representatives will contact you and provide you all the information you need in order to send the item(s) back, including the authorization label to be inserted in the return package. We will take care of sending you the new item as per shipping policy mentioned above.
