Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM (GMT +1). Orders placed during weekends will be processed on the following Monday morning, while orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
We offer free shipping on orders over €150 within CEE countries and the United States, with estimated delivery times of 3–5 business days.
For all other countries, free shipping is available on orders over €350. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer, according to the regulations of the destination country: the courier will contact you to proceed with payment.
ORDER TRACKING AND DELIVERY
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number and a link to our courier’s website to inform you about the delivery status. Alternatively, you can always track your delivery within the “My Account” section on our website.
When the order arrives, we kindly ask you to carefully check the package before signing as proof of delivery. If, for any reason, the package appears damaged or tampered with, we ask you to sign with reservation or refuse the delivery.
If the delivery is accepted with an unauthorized signature or the package shows signs of tampering, we ask you to immediately contact the local courier office and contact us at customercare@kampos.com.
KAMPOS cannot be held responsible for stolen or missing packages after they have been successfully delivered by the courier to the specified address.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If, despite our quality checks, you find a defect in your product, please write to us at customercare@kampos.com. We will cover all return costs and send you a new product free of charge.
RETURNS
Return conditions vary depending on the country to which the order was delivered.
ORDERS DELIVERED WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION
Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 — the Italian Consumer Code — and Directive 2011/83/EU, customers who place an online order delivered within the European Union may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
The return request must be submitted within this period by contacting customercare@kampos.com.
Returned items must be:
• unused and unwashed;
• worn only briefly for fitting purposes;
• complete with all original labels, tags and accessories;
• free from stains, odours, traces of creams, cosmetics or any other signs of use;
• returned with the hygiene protection intact and correctly positioned;
• properly packaged and protected.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on exclusively over the customer’s own underwear, without removing, damaging, repositioning or otherwise altering the hygiene protection.
The removal or alteration of the hygiene protection, as well as any condition inconsistent with a normal fitting, may result in a reduction of the refund or rejection of the return, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
All return shipping costs and risks are entirely borne by the customer, who may independently select the courier service to be used.
Parcels sent cash on delivery or with shipping costs charged to KAMPOS will not be accepted.
INSPECTION AND SANITISATION
All returned swimwear is subject to a quality inspection, condition assessment and sanitisation treatment.
Handling, treatment, sanitisation and restoration charges of up to EUR 50 may apply.
Any amount deducted may take into account the overall condition of the product, the condition of the hygiene protection, any treatment or restoration required, and any resulting reduction in the item’s commercial value.
Pursuant to Article 57(2) of the Italian Consumer Code, the customer is responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, size and fit.
Where an item shows signs of use, washing, contamination, damage, odours, stains, cosmetic residue or any other condition preventing its resale, KAMPOS may reduce the refund or reject the return, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where a return is rejected, the customer may request that the item be sent back to them at their own expense.
REFUNDS
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within the time limits prescribed by applicable law, using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
The refund will include the price of the accepted returned products and, where required by law, the standard delivery charges originally paid by the customer.
ORDERS DELIVERED OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
Orders delivered outside the European Union are final and may not be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, fit, colour, model or personal preference.
Before completing the purchase, customers are invited to carefully verify:
• the size guide;
• the product measurements and characteristics;
• the selected model and colour;
• the delivery address;
• any applicable customs duties, taxes and import charges.
KAMPOS Customer Care is available before purchase to assist customers in selecting the most appropriate size and model.
This restriction is justified by the complexity of customs procedures, transportation costs, non-recoverable duties and taxes, risks associated with international return shipments, and the related environmental impact.
This exclusion does not apply to products incorrectly supplied by KAMPOS, products that are genuinely defective, damaged or non-conforming, or to any mandatory rights granted under the applicable laws of the country of delivery.
INCORRECT, DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the event of an incorrect, defective, damaged or non-conforming product, the customer must promptly contact customercare@kampos.com and provide:
• the order number;
• a description of the issue;
• clear photographs of the product;
• photographs of the packaging, where relevant.
Once the claim has been reviewed and accepted, KAMPOS will bear the necessary costs relating to the return, replacement or any other remedies provided for under applicable law.
Shipping costs incurred independently by the customer without KAMPOS’s prior written authorisation will not be reimbursed.
EXCHANGES
We accept exchange requests within 14 days of the delivery date exclusively for online orders delivered within the European Union. To request an exchange, please contact us at customercare@kampos.com.
Exchanges are not available for orders delivered outside the European Union. In such cases, customers may request a return in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in our return policy.

Any shipping costs and customs duties related to the return of the product and the shipment of the replacement item are the responsibility of the customer.
